Job Costing Overview

The Job Costing feature enables Jobs to be added and assigned to employees who work in different roles. Jobs can be assigned different rates and assigned to Projects and Clients for organization and analytics.


1.  Enable the Job Costing Reporting Hours for employees to access the feature


2. Complete the Job Costing Initial Setup based on your company's requirements


3. Add Jobs and assign the Jobs to Groups or Employees


4. Add Job Costing Configurations to assign different Job rates


5. Add Clients (if applicable)


6. Add Projects and assign Jobs and Clients to the Projects (if applicable)


7. Clock In & Out to select Projects and/or Jobs


8. Run Job Costing Reports to review the information
