How to Add a Custom Report

How to add a custom report template

1. Click Reports in the left in the Left Nav to expand the options and select Time & Attendance 

 

 

3. Click      and select Add   

 

4. Enter a name and select configurations

 

  • Template name - This name will appear in the Time & Attendance report list
  • View Type
    • Detailed
    • Daily Summary 
    • Summary
    • Break Violation
  • Report Column - Select the columns you wish to see on the report 
  • Order By - Order by Employee ID or Name 
  • Options - Option to add a signature field or view one page per employee

5. Select filters

 

 

6. Click      to create the new report template 

 

The template will appear in the Time & Attendance report list
