How to Create Shift Templates

Define and apply shifts to employee schedules

Now that your Schedule Plan has been created, it is time to create Shift Templates to assign shifts to employees.

 

     1. Click a Schedule Plan in the Left Nav to expand the options

 

     2. Select Shift Templates

 

 

3. Click      and select Add   

 

4. Fill out the form to create a new shift.

Enter a name, select a color, and a start and end time. 

   

 

5. Click      to create a Shift Template

 1. Click Employee Schedules in the left nav to expand the options and select Scheduler

 

 

     3. Click    to open the shift templates menu bar

 

 

Drag and drop a shift template to apply it
