How to Configure the Kiosk Settings

How to create a rule that applies PIN #'s to the Kiosk that employees can use it to clock in/out.

1. Click the Global Settings Cog Wheel 

 

 

2. Click Kiosks to expand the options and select Kiosk Settings

 

 

3. Select an Assignment Group. Click here to learn about the Assignment Group  Hierarchy.

 

  •  Company – Applies to all Kiosks 
  •  Group – Applies to a group of Kiosks assigned to a location or department
  •  Kiosk – Applies to an individual Kiosk

 

4. Click the drop-down box and select an option

 

 

Employee ID / PIN - Requires a PIN # to clock In/Out 

Employee ID - Does not require a PIN # to clock In/Out 

 

5. Select the Group or Kiosk(s) for the selected assignment group

  • Company is automatically applied to all Kiosks

 

6. Click      to create the new rule
